Two new Automatic External Defibrillators (AED’s) have been procured for the church for use during medical emergencies. One is located on the hallway wall just outside the inner sanctuary double doors ( where the old AED was located). The other is located in the gym on the wall just inside the inner double doors. Thanks to an anonymous donor, the UM Women and the UM Men for providing the funding for these two units for the next full year of service.
For this ministry to be effective, we need trained and certified volunteers to assist in CPR and AED usage during medical emergencies. A training class will be provided in the near future.
